Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or an exchange.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-567-6610, and selecting option 2.

Nb: All returns must be pre-approved and shipped back to our Plattsburgh, N.Y. factory after approval. Credit will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise.
